Karibu Kwetu connects visitors with independent accommodation, food, transport, shopping, attraction and tour providers.

Bookings and payments

Prices, availability, cancellation rules and fulfilment are subject to the selected service and provider. A booking is not considered paid until the platform records a successful payment.

Provider responsibilities

Providers are responsible for accurate listings, lawful operation, availability, pricing and delivery of the services they publish.

Visitor responsibilities

Visitors must provide accurate booking information and follow applicable service, venue, immigration and travel requirements.

Platform changes

Features may be improved, replaced or expanded as Karibu Kwetu develops.
